Professional Astrologer & Content Creator
Jasmina Brozovic is an astrologer and content creator with a powerful non-linear story (which is exactly what makes it so relatable). She grew up in Croatia, where astrology wasn’t mainstream, and her first steps were completely analog: sun-sign booklets, magazines, and ascendant tables you had to calculate by hand.
After years of university life, responsibilities, and major transitions, her relationship with astrology deepened during real-life turning points: her Saturn return brought endings and a full reset (divorce, personal transformation), and later her Uranus return aligned with becoming a mother at 42—the “Uranian moment” that sparked her decision: “I’m going to be an astrologer.”
Today she openly shares the reality of building a practice while still working in finance/accounting: 4 days accounting, Friday = astrology day.
Every episode leaves a trail of untold stories…...and I save them for the Backstagers Community.

🟣 Are you being real or just sharing knowledge?
🟣 Is your message truly felt?
🟣 ARE YOU CONVEYING THE RIGHT MESSAGE?
In this Backstage Astrology episode, Jasmina shares how astrology moved from teenage curiosity into a sacred tool during real-life upheavals: divorce, rebuilding from scratch, late motherhood, and the leap from “student” to “practitioner.”
We talk about Uranus as the trigger, Saturn as the teacher, and why forecasting can literally be the bridge between “I can’t take this anymore” and “I can make it through.” We also open an important conversation about community: study groups, peer support, and how today’s students are the next generation that needs to be seen and heard.
Jasmina’s approach blends three core pillars:
Timing + timeframes (Forecasting): not fatalism, but time maps that help life stop feeling like a storm with no end.
Back to basics: revisiting fundamentals (Venus, signs, Moon-of-the-day) because every advanced technique stands on the essentials.
Intuition + discernment: she chooses teachers, methods, and paths through vibe/intuition, while integrating Saturnian structure to actually sustain learning.
She also holds a clear ethical line: no looking at someone else’s chart without permission—and sometimes, if someone needs help, one small piece (like “just the Moon”) can offer emotional insight without crossing boundaries.
Jasmina’s journey (story arc):
BEGINNING: teenage years in Croatia; astrology without internet; learning through magazines and tables.
PAUSE / REAL LIFE: university, responsibilities; astrology steps back.
CRISIS (Saturn Return): divorce, project endings, a full reset around 30.
REBIRTH (Uranus Return): motherhood at 42 + a clear decision: “I’m becoming an astrologer.”
DISCIPLINE (Saturn): basics, daily consistency, learning with structure.
EXPANSION: multiple schools/teachers, diploma path, ethical professional practice.
SERVICE: using astrology to offer timeframes and real emotional support.
Midlife reinvention: chaos, change, starting “late”.
Uranus return as a vocational turning point.
Saturn return and rebuilding life.
Forecasting vs prediction: timelines that help you navigate.
Gemini mind: curiosity overload + how to prioritize.
Ethics: consent and looking at third-party charts.
Astrology as community (study groups, mentors, peers).
Astrology & education + the future of the field (Pluto in Aquarius, Uranus in Gemini).
Astrology in daily life: astro-tips, Moon-of-the-day, consistency.
Real balance: family, work, readings, content creation.
“When you have some time frames, it’s much easier to navigate your life than just thinking, ‘when is this going to stop?’”
“Don’t get discouraged. This is not something that you can learn fast… this is a lifelong learning process.”
“We don’t talk just for the sake of talking… we talk to process how we feel.” (about Gemini Moon)

This conversation stayed with me long after we stopped recording.
What impacted me the most wasn’t just Jasmina’s knowledge — it was her timing.
She reminded me that chaos feels unbearable when we don’t know when it ends. And how powerful it is to offer someone a timeframe — not as a prediction, but as a lighthouse. That shifted something in me.
I learned that starting “late” is an illusion. Life doesn’t run on our ego’s schedule. Her Uranian moment didn’t come at 22 — it came at 42, with a baby in her arms. And she answered the call anyway.
That takes courage.
I was also deeply touched by her devotion to Saturn. As someone with strong Gemini energy, she didn’t run from discipline — she embraced it. Repetition. Basics. Daily commitment. That’s not glamorous. But that’s mastery.
And maybe the most beautiful part?
Her gratitude.
To her teachers.
To her study groups.
To her husband.
To the community.
It reminded me that none of us are self-made in astrology. We are woven into each other’s charts, stories, and timing.
What stayed with me personally is this:
You don’t have to rush becoming who you are meant to be.
You don’t have to know everything before you start.
And you don’t have to choose between structure and freedom — you can integrate both.
Thank you, Jasmina, for showing us that midlife chaos can become sacred direction — if we listen when Uranus whispers… and when Saturn asks us to stay.

Uh, it’s been hectic. It’s been fun. It’s been exciting. It’s been unstable.
It’s been chaotic but fun, adventurous. When you have some time frames, it’s much easier to navigate your life than
just thinking, oh, when is this going to stop? Why we when you know? So, when you tell people, look, this is going to be one year and then it’s going to be
better 6 months. I was curious when you mentioned that you did the predictive course because you mentioned you’re an accountant and
you like timing. Is that a reason why you what you why you pick when he goes it helped me to go through
it and that’s why I do astrology when I get that kind of feel like I see it makes me cry because I feel that’s the
why I do it that’s the reason even if it’s hard even if I don’t have sometimes time but when people tell them look at
what people tell you that you help them and isn’t it amazing we wanted to bring
we want to talk more about the journey of somebody that started a little bit late because we can always start. It
doesn’t matter how old you are or how many kids you have. So, I think Jasmina is a good example of, you know, like I
had this uranian moment and I’m I’m going to become an astrologer. Don’t give up. This is not something
that you can learn fast. [Music]

Welcome back to another Backstage Astrology episode. My name is Myra Medina. I’m the creator of Backstage
Astrology, where we tell stories about our dearest astrologers and we uncover
their dayto-day and everything that happens behind the scenes. And today I am really happy to be with Jasmina
Brovic or Brovich Jasmina you will correct me. Hi. Hi. I’m so happy and honored to be
here. Thank you for having me. That’s first of all I love what you do with your platform. I feel that um sharing
the stories about astrology and astrologers is very important these days because there are so many misconceptions
about what astrology is and what do we do here and what is this all about. So I’m happy that you have this platform to
showcase uh different stories from different people, different backgrounds, but having the same goal um and is it’s
to help actually people and I’m good. I am hectic to be honest since Uranus came
into Gemini and just because I have a lot of Gemini placements. Uh for those of you who uh are more keen to know, I
have moon and mercury uh conjunction in Gemini, Sun in Gemini, and mid heaven in Gemini. So So since you just came into
Gemini, it’s been hectic. And as I told you before, I think he’s a big prankster
and we’re going to have a lot of things happening in the next seven years. I feel like it’s Mercury retrograde on
steroids. At least for me, I’m so happy you’re you’re sharing that.
know for everyone out there who has like a a stellium in Gemini or or something
it’s nice to hear from someone who’s actually living it. So Jasmina tell us about your how do you find astrology
first of all? Uh yes. So I was I think it was around my first Jupiter return. I
guess again for astrology uh geeks it’s around 11 12 years old. Jupiter comes to
the same position uh of your when you were born every 12 years. Um and I know
my dad told me I’m oh you’re a Gemini. And I thought what does that mean? And then I you know went to uh to look for
it back in the day. So that was like eight late 80s when I was uh at that
age. Uh there was no internet, there was no cell phones, there was nothing. You
had books and libraries. But since I grew up in Croatia and Croatia is not very keen to astrology, it’s a strong
Catholic country. You couldn’t find books in Croatian, right? Even in English anywhere, right?
So um there was like a little booklet in the store about sun signs and I would I
bought the ones from from my homes. I knew about those, you know, Cancer, Capricorn, Gemini, and Pisces. That was
like the first four I know I knew all about. There was a magazine, Astra
magazine start uh uh coming out and each month they would tell you something new
and I know I had like little uh little geeky uh book and I would write down oh
where is your Venus and then next month I had to wait for where is your Mars and the next month and so I was I was oh I I
calculated I want to show you this because I have this as a memory. Oh wow. I kept it. So that was this is
the magazine. I have to show you this. This is in creation. You won’t even know what it is. It says
what is ascendant? Look at that. There’s a little table and that’s how you would calculate it. I I I have it as a memory
of the my beginnings. So that’s how you started. Yeah. So that’s how I started. But then
you know because there was nothing else and Croatia and you know and I was a teenager and then you know it wasn’t
that but I knew everybody’s birthdays. I knew the sun signs. I kind of understood you know how they are. Um then later
when the internet came I was already in university then when I remember when I I saw my chart for the first time you know
you went to a.com and you clicked it was like I was like what is this like what
does it mean they have lines like I didn’t I didn’t know what aspects were I you know that’s you know I was like what
does this line mean and why is this this and and it was like mind-blowing and I thought oh my god so I started a little
bit you know researching online but it wasn’t you know life hectic I was young in love and whatever you know you do all
this stuff as a young person anyway so and of course Saturn you know you have responsibilities and stuff but I had a
friend and she liked jodish actually astrology she was kind of into that so she took me to some workshops there were
some people were more into jodish astrology in creation so she took me to some of the workshops but I didn’t
relate I just couldn’t it was too fat fatalistic for me um and I I thought you
know I feel like I want a control of my life and I just felt that you know the way they interpret like I felt I’m I’m
not like I get it. Some things, you know, are destined, but I still I’m a
strong believer of a free will. And then that that was kind of that story. But um when I really started digging deeper is
after my Saturn returned because I went through a divorce. I went through I had
a business with one of my friends from high school. We ended up not well. So
it’s like a big huge transformation of my life and I kind of started over when I was 30 and then I went back to
astrology and trying to find answers there and explanations and started
reading some books. Um but when I took it seriously it was actually my Uranus
return. I became a mom. So I was a late mom. This is my first and only kid. I
was 42. Uranus return. And I I became a mom and I decided I want to be an astrologer.
And at that time, Steve Steve John, right, he because he was my astrologer for 10 years before I I had a
consultations with him every year for 10 years before I was like 33 or something. That’s when I started kind of, you know,
Yeah. And then he said, “I’m doing classes.” I’m like, “Yes, this is a sign.” So um um I took his classes and
then of course YouTube there’s astrology hub uh that was really nice uh platform
where I could actually see other astrologers um and that’s how it kind of started and then um when I finished his classes I
took some other classes I took uranian class with uranian math I took astro victors like this huge class I enrolled
in LSA I’m still there pursuing diploma you’re everywhere yeah just because as a as a true Gemini
I’m always going to be student, I’m always going to learn and I want to learn from different sources. I think
it’s very important as well as a tip that you get different perspectives because astrology is so deep, so
profound. There’s so many techniques, many methods, many it has a rich history. Um, and it’s good
that you get uh other perspectives and you know to find your true uh self as an
astrologer. Yeah, that that’s really awesome about what you’re mentioning because I think today with um social
media and YouTube and you know the uprising of astrology again as students I also consider myself a student you
know you you kind of like get into trouble as to like in the beginning where you’re starting to get involved
you’re like oh this is there is this Australia or there is that other one and you end up with like hearing a million
voices and in the end I think it’s really important to kind of like discern
which one vibes with you and then you start realizing there are branches of astrology there are you know specialties
like no vocational or relationship or or this and that how was that journey
for you of like discovering like oh my god there is this branch there is this astrologer that is focusing on this like
how was that process for you it’s it’s it was hard because I want it all
you know I’m so curious I want to understand everything you know that’s why I’m asking you because you’re a J. I’m like how do you deal with that?
Yeah. So it was overwhelmed in the beginning of course because and then I
just stepped back a little bit. I said okay what is you know what do you want to achieve? How can I convey a message
at the best possible way and which method are kind of align with me? So I’m
still waiting to do the horary to be honest because I think it’s very good for me to to know a horror and practice
that as a Gemini but at a time. That’s what I saying. I’m going to do this later just because um you know choosing
two as a Gemini always have two different uh p different schools of thought that I that I learn but I I I
gave myself time. I had to embrace Saturn. Okay. So astrology helped me to
understand Saturn and embrace him because he’s the weakest planet in my chart. He’s conjunct my Mars and in Leo.
So there was always a an issue with self-d disccipline is wanting more being
frustrated for not being able and just understanding that it takes time to master things.
That’s what astrology gave me. I wouldn’t know without it. I would be frustrated for the rest of my life to be honest. So that’s the yes to be honest.
So go back to basics. You can I took basic astrology course from three
different astrologers just because it it opens up your mind and it always goes
back to basics. Whatever technique you go wherever you go is it romance or finances vocation as you said you need
to know the basics and going over basics and repeating them is is very important.
It’s very important to go back what does Venus really mean? What is Cancer? like thinking about it on a daily basis and
therefore that’s why I did the astro tips because it helps me stay in tune with the basics you know today moon is
in Scorpio what does that mean emotional intensity it can you know so I always go
back and then how can I explain this to people on daily you know keeps me in
fresh he keeps me in tune with astrology that’s why plus I had Saturn squaring
all my Gemini stuff and I wanted to do Saturn his justice so I I was disciplined and did everything every day
want to to honor. Wow. Yeah, that’s a great way to actually embrace Saturn, you know,
especially if it’s in your like sixth house of routine or something. It’s in the 11th 11 12th depending on
the on the on the house system, 11th or 12th. Uhhuh. So, every day a little bit, you
know, steady, consistent, blah blah blah. I mean, for a Gemini, it’s not the easiest, but you that’s why astrology is excellent and great because
there’s no repetition. Every new day is a new chart. Every new day is a new energy. Every every day is a new day and
it’s something new and exciting. Every chart you look is something new and opportunity to learn. There’s no
repetition, you know, because in my regular life, I’m in doing financing and
accounting. So imagine that’s boring. You know what I’m saying? So that’s repetition
because you know doing monthly reports every month, yearly reports, you know, the same kind of a thing, right? This is
different. you know it it’s moon in Scorpio is not the same this month as it was last month
right so that’s that’s the beauty of astrology that’s why my Gemini uh side of me doesn’t have a problem with doing
these tips because every day is a new day that’s amazing Jasmina so tell us when you were like when you started to take
astrology seriously which I find really awesome that that happened to you during your Uranus um opposition how did you
started like picking or selecting like okay I want to learn with this one or that one. Was it a matter of like um oh
they have this great organized program or just the vibe of the astrologer or how do you It’s the vibe. It’s always the vibe. Oh,
it’s always the for me intuition is very important. I mean you know inner gut you know I’m very logical in my mind but on
the other hand when when I took everything away from it and I just focus on what does my gut
tell me. If you go back in your life think about decisions you you did against your gut it didn’t go well. And
if you if you and if you listen to your gut, it has something like even if you don’t understand why maybe because I
have sun opposite Neptune. Maybe that’s why. Yes. So Steve was a logical uh a logical
choice because he was my astrologer and um you know he’s also Gemini Virgo rising with Gemini with heaven and and
you know so we have a lot of placement so I kind of connected with him um with Uranian Matt and Uranian
astrology. I found him on Instagram and I never heard anybody before learn teaching Uranian astrology and he did
asteroids and lots of stuff. Um and it was personalized. So he had a small group of people. We were learning
through our own charts. So every lesson we learned he took it look at our own charts. So I that that’s why I took it
because I thought it was very personalized and I thought I can learn more looking at lots of charts. Uh Frank Clifford at LSA. Uh I I liked Frank the
way he teaches his tone of voice even is so calming and which I need for my for
my nervous system. So he’s like very you know and and and I like that he has the
concept of the assignments you can do whenever you like which that’s what the flexibility of of you there’s no
deadline like this is your thing you have like you can you know whenever you want to do it and then you’re going to get
so there’s a freedom being able to be a mother as you mentioned and a wife and all this other stuff and do the school
and Victor is just uh he’s something special to be honest he’s such a dedicated he has lots of information
he’s right on point. I love that Sagittarius energy in him and he just tells you as it is which is you which
you also need sometimes to learn right and he has a lot of knowledge so um I just I took his uh predictive course
because I love forecasting I would I really don’t like predicting prediction as per se as Steve says but forecasting
I like to give people timelines uh to navigate their lives better
because when you have a frame which is also Saturn as I said I embrace Saturn Yes. Go girl.
Yeah. So when you have some time frames, it’s much easier to navigate your life than just thinking, oh, when is this
going to stop? Why me? When? You know, so when you tell people, look, this is going to be one year and then it’s going to be better or 6 months. One of my
husband’s friends, he went through his Saturn return. And I said, okay, I just like a friendly tip. I said, Tedd, look,
I let me let me read your chart. I told him, look, this is going to be the end of it. It’s going to be last. It’s going
to be hard. Prepare. this is what you need to do if you want to get through it like let’s strategize. He came after a
year and a half or two when it’s all over. He goes, “You know what? If if you didn’t tell me it it it will end, I
would never go through it. I thought about you every day for I said, “Oh my god, that’s too much of me in your
head.” But he goes, “It helped me to go through it.” And that’s why I do
astrology. When I get that kind of feel that I see, it makes me cry because I feel that’s the why I do it. That’s the
reason even if it’s hard even if I don’t have sometimes time but when people tell them look at what
when people tell you that you help them and isn’t it amazing to have that tool
look at anyway oh no that’s so beautiful I was wondering because you mentioned when you are able
to give a tool to others or to help them translate what’s going on I think there there’s nothing better than that I think
in the end everyone each of us is different and we’re going to tune with you know different people and you know
just make make the best possible the smoothest journey to learning a story.
Absolutely right. Absolutely. you know uh I I completely understand that my energy doesn’t uh
suit everybody you know I’m very you know like this some people find it you know they need somebody calmer or
somebody and that’s that’s okay right that’s okay somebody needs different approach there’s that’s why
there’s so many of us and that’s the beauty of it also there is because so many of us are learning from different
people we are this is so rich this this world is such a better place with all
this richness of of of different astrologies and um and all these
students like I like to be a platform for the underdogs like on my YouTube channel I like to I have to have guest
students or people who are just starting because those are also important voices
because we we are learning from masters but we are the next generation we are the ones who going to continue and we
need to be seen also and heard because we have something to say okay so that’s another another thing that is very
important because what what what does that mean for all all of our teachers just to teach us and then what we need
to be integrated into society and our knowledge. So that’s very important as well. I think it yeah thank you for that Jess
what you just mentioned is very important and also thanks for for sharing your your thoughts on that. It’s
nice to learn astrology and you know everyone decides what to do with it but as I think it was Rick Lavine who said
like you have to do something with it otherwise it just it’s just there and you know so thanks for sharing that. I I
was curious when you mentioned that you did the predictive course because you mentioned you’re an accountant and you
like timing. Is that a reason why you what you why you picked? Probably probably maybe subconsciously
that is because uh uh it gives me some kind of you know in accounting because everything is chaos around us. There’s
no but in accounting the the the debit needs to be the credit. It needs to be zeroed out like check you know with the
balance sheet you know the it needs to balance right um so um giving as it’s mentioned giving
uh giving us yeah because it’s a verorizing like we kind of operate in time little
frames like you know in daily like this is the this is my job for today this is my job for the week this is my job you know this is you know how accounting
also has like this is every monthly report yearly quarterly blah blah blah so Maybe giving people those time frames
like in increments like a like a bigger one smaller one you know and you know
what what do you want to achieve you know how do they say in five years what do you need to do this year what do you you need to do this month and what you
need to do today to be honest not everybody who comes to consultation or you talk to people friends and family
not everybody’s willing to do the change that’s why I never force astrology on others they need to be open to hear the
message so telling people, “Oh, astrology is good. Come, you have to get.” No, doesn’t work that way. You’re
not going to help that person with astrology if they’re not open to hear it
or to get the receive the receive the message. Like I I try I always, you know, look, do you want me to look at
your chart? You want me to help you? And they say, some say yes, some say no. And if they say no, I say it’s fine. You’re
not ready to hear it or you want to do it your own way, which is also okay, right? Exactly. But it’s a shame because
astrology can really really help you go through tough times and um help you understand yourself better other people
so many different layers of how astrology even your colleagues and your bosses and stuff. Yeah.
So yeah. Yeah. To be honest I still work my so I still do accounting four days a week. Uh
and I do Fridays is my astrology day. I did chart I told everybody I’m an
astrologer in my work. I did everybody’s charts. You’re my boss. Everybody’s okay with it. I when I asked her I need to go
from five days to four days because of astrology said she said I that’s fine. I’ll I’ll do this. Wow.
Although she’s a double Scorpio. See even I’m saying she has a Gemini moon so
that’s why. But uh but you know then even now she go she says me is today a good day to negotiate
something. She she asked me these questions right? So, you know, it’s it’s
a good to be open and transparent. And this is what I was struggling with for a
long time to say that I’m an astrologer. It took me a long time to say it. Not
not that was a shame but it was just the way the misconception of people would have about astrology and I didn’t want
anybody to think bad of me for some reason which is so being true
to yourself and just saying it out loud in the environment that you know it might not appreciate it like your
workplace or your family or your friends saying yes I’m an astrologer is such a liberating strong thing and I know it’s
hard it takes courage and then I realized people who don’t know anything
about astrology or if you just tell them one little thing just talk about their moon sign they’re going to be wow
so you don’t have to know a lot depending depending on who you talk to and you can always help somebody so
so Jan when did you decide to open your to be on social media how was that
moment for you when when you said okay you decided you wanted to be an astrologer you take courses but then
boom we see just now every day, daily, daily. Okay. So, it was January 2023, I think. I
think Yeah, I remember. Yeah, I was it was new moon in Aquarius. Uh it was Aquarius is my fifth house in
a in a in a quadrant system. So, I said, you know, fifth, this is something like I want to uh make my hobby into
profession. So, I’m going to use the fifth house moon, my hobby, my you know, passion, what is, you know, where my
heart is, all the Leo things, right? And I’m going to use that moon to start. I
have to tell you I had support from my fellow peers who who encouraged me to do
it. I wouldn’t be here without them. First I want to mention my Juds group.
We call ourselves Juders and I want to send love to all of them. Um, so after
we finished Steve’s course, oh, he connected us and we start meeting every
Wednesday and we still do for three years now. It was our anniversary just last week. Every week we looked at our
charts, we talked about this, look at mystery charts, this and that. So they encouraged me. They said you can do it.
You know, you you know you are this and that. Jers are the the students uh
from well that study with Steve J astrologer who was on the podcast a few months ago. So they they call yourselves
juds and these people supported you. Okay. Okay. Okay. Go on. Sorry. So those are my juders. They were they
were like really supportive. Also the group with uranian met when I took his course I took two years with him. We
also met every every every Sunday and they were such a supportive group and he
as a teacher was very because we look at their charts and he said you know you can do it. So I wouldn’t I a a a huge
thank you for both of those groups uh for Matt as a teacher for Steve as a teacher who always we had Steve on and
and you know he he always said that he’s proud of us and we can do it. So without encouragement of our teachers and my
peers I wouldn’t be here. I I know not with Saturn and Leo. No.
So I have to thank them. Of course. This is like a speech of giving an Oscars. I want to thank I also want to thank my
husband for being such a supportive uh uh person because also without him I wouldn’t be here. So you need support um
to do something like this because it’s still not mainstreamed. It will be I see
it. I see it. It will be mainstream one day. But until then support u anyway so
that’s how I my husband said you know do do something you’re passionate about he encouraged me
days before years before and I always told him I don’t know I’m nothing I there’s nothing I’m passionate about there’s nothing and then all of a sudden
I said oh my god it’s astrology I just I kind of had a you know when Uranus kicks he’s like it’s astrology and I and um
and he he he’s a engineer so he’s totally different but he embraced it he said you know if you see something in
then it must be something in it and that’s really nice. And now he goes is when is the white
moon today? No, I think it is so kind for you also
to to show apprec appreciation from from the people who have supported you because even though you know you are not
like we are not like as big as I don’t know some some other astrologers the
fact to to actually decide to go online to open a YouTube channel to be on
social media it I think it’s it’s for brave people it’s not easy to just go
there and start well some people maybe could do it very easy like they stand and but I mean personally and and
probably for you too it it takes a lot of like bravery to start showing up and
speaking the language of astrology knowing there are like a million of also very good astrologers or astrologers in
general in social media. So I think the encouragement you receive and from the
people you love and also I think something astrology well personally has brought is a sense of community which I
can hear in your story as well. You know you have the jers, you have uranian math group. We met through astro victor
randomly like you know checking homeworks. Was it random? I’m talking to my assignment. Isn’t that amazing?
So guys we need to tell you a little story because this is something awesome from a I live in a country where
astrology is not very popular and Astro Victor who was here before I think he was the third the guest. You want to
listen to this conversation? and I’m going to leave it here or or here or somewhere. Um, she had an assignment and
a Victor actually said, “Myra, do you want to be my assignment for my predictive class and I was like, sure, I
wonder what you know, 2025, you know, what should I do? How does it look for me?” And then all the students start
sending me their homeworks and one of those students was just mean. I mean I was not supposed to like check the
homework just like read if their predictions were like and just meanina I’m like you know I was googling like
justina bro I’m googling everyone every of you just to know to I wanted to see their faces or something and I saw oh
justina wait I’ve seen her before where have seen and then I find this video
with Steve J and I’m like that’s it that’s her and then we made a video
together and then this one and we kept in touch. I know. I know. It’s beautiful. You helped me with You’re
still gonna still work together. There’s lots of things that you can help me with. So, but it was such a beautiful
story that, you know, uh how you know and um there’s a there’s this line that we
don’t know about that connects, you know, you’re not going to connect with everybody, but there’s, you know, some people, certain people that you are
meant to connect through astrology. That’s what I feel. And you’re one of those. I learned from you and your chart
that just your your energy is so uplifting which is Thank you. I’m happy you find it
uplifting. I mean I’m not always uplifting right but I try. You are.
But thank you Jasmine. And also I wanted to mention that I’m looking forward to meet her in person because you know we
don’t know each other in person but this is something astrology gives us is a sense of community with with similar
people. So I I love that. And anyway, so back to your story, just well, two
questions. What what’s your favorite branch of astrology? And which one you find like the hardest one?
Okay, so the hardest ones I find I’m going to start with the hard first are
those a lot of traditional uh techniques like a triplicity rulers. I still
struggle you know getting all this uh knowledge like a those rules by toy by
this by that it’s too many things for me that’s I I find a struggle uh with um
you know having all these rules um the most attractive part I I like
forecasting that’s number one but I also really really enjoy sinry I don’t advertise it and I don’t actually uh
practice it for as a service and why because it’s hard to get a permission
and I really think that we need permission for people to look at their charts. Mhm.
Um especially when you’re going to consult somebody, you know, because if somebody comes to me and said, “Oh, you know, I’m in love with this guy or you
know, this this is my husband, look at his chart.” I’m I’m not comfortable with doing that. I need a permission.
So that’s the problem. But I enjoy helping people to understand each other. You know, uh
you know, you know, this person is like that because you know, um with mothers and kids, I had something similar.
uh and I would so if I don’t have a permission I would try to look from this person’s chart how they relate to others
what kind of uh partners they might attract so might where might the problem comes or good things or um you know um
if I just ask like I had a situation with one of the mothers and she had trouble with her son and then I said
okay can you just tell me when he was born I look at his moon and just the moon I didn’t look at the chart I just
look at the femeris I look okay so he has the moon like this I said, “Look, he probably perceives you like this
and that’s why you have problems.” She was like, “Oh, really? I didn’t, you know, so didn’t she didn’t think about it the way he perceives her.” She didn’t
even you know why. So I said, “Look, if you try this might help.” And she comes later to me. She said, “Oh my god.”
Because she was very, she was very like, you know, what are you doing? And he just mom, you know, lay back. I said,
like, look, let him come to you. Just try be patient. She’s a lot of she has a lot of Aries energy. So be patient, you
know, and just, you know, respect him and his time and his space. And then he, you know, anyway, whatever I said. He
said, she said, “Oh my god, he came to me now. He calls me and I have to call him.” And I said, I said, just for
understanding, so I didn’t look at his chart, but just his moon. I kind of had an understanding of what might be his
perception of his mom and you know, and how he sees her. And it was mind-blowing for her to because he would never tell
her, right? because he wouldn’t even know how to express it. So those little things, you don’t have to look at the whole chart as I said. So
those little pieces um that but I I love doing that for people. I love that seen that connection
to for people to understand each other better. That’s huge. That’s huge. That’s amazing. Tell us more about
because you have so like many planets in Gemini. What are the biggest challenges as an astrologer with a lot of Gemini?
Uh besides the management curiosity. Yeah. Time management. Time management. Yes, Virgo Virgo rising
helps I have to say but still you know because Gemini is lacks freedom. Gemini
wants to do what they want. you know they like freedom of having and time is a restriction factor right you have to
sleep you have to cook you have to eat you have so there’s another then obligations towards other although I
love spending time with my kid and my husband don’t get me wrong um but you know I I have to then take a chunk of
time not into astrology to be with them so time management and just prioritizing
and seeing what I can and delaying some things all the satnian stuff for a
Gemini are usually on the harder Because you know some people have this natural
you know things how to do this and just saying no and I want to be the yes you
know somebody asked me you know also saying no to people that can be a lot of but it’s more of Virgo and Gemini you
know just but still it’s an interesting combo and many astrologers that been on the podcast have this combo I noticed I
don’t know why I was telling I mean I don’t want to do this interview about me but but it’s it’s funny because
so many of them have Virgo rising like most of them have had Virgo rising and I
it’s not like I look like oh who’s Virgo but I’m like oh another Virgo rising not that I don’t like it’s just funny so
give me your ah Virgo rising virising and I’m like I think because of your moon because you
have Virgo moon so you attract those people moon ascendant is very great in sinry see because it it feels like home
with those people your home ascendant interesting I mean not all of them but most of them have not all of
them rising Gemini and C and you’re also one of them.
But I’m very curious also to ask you as a Gemini and I I really want to get to know better this energy.
How can we or how can we understand better a Gemini person like such a Gemini person.
Yes. Uh first of all give them a benefit of the doubt. Don’t assume you know
because you know double-faced is a number one presumption of Gemini. Oh, they’re doublefaced. They’re this and they’re that. There is a beauty in being
adaptable. There is a beauty in being flexible. There’s a beauty of seeing both sides of the story. There is a
beauty in it. And especially in today’s world when the world is so um
diversified, you know, we have this strong oppositions in many many countries political, religious,
whatever, gender, whatever related. Okay. Racial, many many you know very
think about G. Yeah. So so very polarities. So world is very polarized at the moment. So Gemini can bring a
better understanding of both sides can understand look what is on the other hand let’s see that point of view
because that’s the flexibility. So you know uh I was when I was young I was
accused many times of oh you don’t have the strong you you know like you’re so you know changing your mind all the time
and I you know I was you know I was hurt you know people thought it but now I find that strength in me changing
ability to able to change my mind often because it gives me flexibility and freedom to live my life the way I want
because it’s not yes I do need structure this rigidity that I lack but with people who are very fixed or very
rigid or very opinionated or very they need a little Gemini in their life and
to see the other side because there’s there’s not there is not one truth.
There’s nine billion truths in the world, right? And I think that’s the the the
the best quality of a Gemini is to um lighten things up a little bit and and
you know and and find finds positivity because they’re very extreme positive sign and
I know the struggle is with you know not having a strong opinion or you know people think you you don’t have your
personality if you don’t have a strong opinion and that’s not true. the strength. I still have opinions. It’s
just when I learn something new or I talk to somebody, my opinions changed based on the new facts that I have. And
I think that’s the strength in it. Yeah. There are so many misconceptions, no about many signs. But I don’t want to
to ask you as a Gemini because I I heard the same I mean most of the things you said about oh no they’re tricksters. Oh
no, they are not transparent because you know of Mercury and this kind of thing.
What do you do to balance with with the opposite energy of Sagittarius? How are you?
Okay. Uh I’m lucky if you look at the quadrant system, I have all my Gemini in the ninth house which is a S Sagittarius
house. So I I kind of have that luck probably.
I I call it luck because I don’t know maybe I was just born with for a reason to understand Sagittarius so good. I
understand uh the curios the the the wanting to explore and I love to travel.
I love other cultures. I love I love all the Sagittarian things. Um
maybe maybe that’s why I can handle my Gemini better also. I don’t know because it’s in the ninth house. I maybe that’s
what the reason but I understand Gemini very well. I mean Sagittarius very well. Yeah. Jupiter, Mercury. I just feel that
you know it’s the same pot for me. Interesting. What is something we
misunderstand about people with a moon in Gemini? Misunderstanding is Yeah. So, so we talk
a lot and we talk fast. That’s also moon, right? So, it’s not just Mercury,
it’s also moon. We we are talkers. We need to talk about our feelings. We need to talk about everything that happened
to feel safe. So telling a Gemini moon to shut up, you just it’s the same thing
as putting a knife to the to the heart. So you have to do it gently. Okay? Find
another way. You can say to shut up or because uh sense of security for Gemini moon is
to be in the environment that they can speak up, say what’s on their mind and if they’re somewhere that they cannot do
that they they’re sad, hurt. So we can we we also feel I know many people think
that we don’t feel because we are uh Gemini moons but we feel things. It’s just we try to rationalize everything
and make it logic which so we we I think that the trouble is with us to actually get in tune what we really feel without
all this processing processing right but misconception is
definitely that um is that we talk just for sake of talking we don’t talk just
for sake of talking we talk to feel to feel to process how we feel we need to
talk and say it amazing So, Jess, now that you’re doing, you know, your your full-time job and
also astrology like as a part-time job, if I understood well, if not, correct me. Yes. How do you how do you manage with this
like business part of astrology? Because I mean, it’s a business in the end, right? You’re charging people for your
services, you have your website, you are you you’re on social media. So, how do you I mean, as a Gemini, I’m sure it’s
it doesn’t come too hard, but what are the main challenges? Yeah. So, again, I’m gonna go back to time management. I know but um uh
finding I’m I can do multiple things at the same time. Uh I’m lucky that I work
from home that helps just with other stuff. So that’s and I have to commute. Uh so I have some uh uh privileges that
I can do this. Okay. Um and my my personality is that I can handle you
know I’m very flexible even when when I have readings if you know I’m going to adopt. I I did readings during lunch
breaks. like you know that’s something you need to do that you need to to do right you
know if sometimes I do n 900 pm when my kid goes to sleep and I have somebody from I don’t know from California or
somebody from that side I do 9:00 p.m. six for them. I don’t, you know, so yes, you know, I could be tired just
um I I it takes some things that I don’t do anymore like I don’t watch shows or
movies anymore like I used to. Um there’s, you know, there’s some time that, you know, my husband and I are are
kind of sharing the time with our son. We go do things together, but it’s less than we maybe would have if I didn’t
have this. Maybe we would spend more time as three of us. Now it’s more like one-on-one which is good because he has
moon in Scorpio my son. So he love one-on- ones. So you know I’m actually thankful that he has the Scorpio moon
because we can he likes to be intimate with one parent at a time. He likes that connection. So that helps. So there is a there is a
lot of things that um and still I still cannot do everything that I want when I want it and you know but it I’m I’m
hoping with time again it will I will have more time and it it will be more um
you know how every business everything you start doing you have to put more time for less results in the beginning
and later less time for more results. I love that. Yes. It’s so I think it’s
true. Well, everyone has different story, but Yeah. Yeah. Where do you see astrology
in the next 10 years in your opinion? Yes. I I have hopes. I’m I some of my
peers on my juds and other groups they say that I’m enthusiastic astrologer. They call me the enthusiasm.
So, I’m very optimistic. And uh it’s actually a good question because I recently was at Kepler Symposium. They
were just here in Niagara Falls near me and there was a discussion about that as well about uh astrology and should
should we be all certified to practice and is that something is it going to be then uh way too mainstream I’m going to
lose the magic of it so there’s like a lot of opinions on that right wish so this is these are my wishes but I’m
going to say what challenge is going to be my wishes are aligned with Steve Jud’s for example that we should have
this in one way in schools even like through astro astrology ology cards for kids just to understand their moons and
their Mercuries when they’re kids because they’re still developing their brains but understanding why they feel
like that and have somebody explain that to them or why do you know it I think it would be hugely helpful
uh so I do hope that we going to implement more astrology lingo uh into
um education system that’s my hope I hope that people will like people who
are skeptics or people who don’t understand to to be uh open-minded with
Uranus in Gemini and Pluto in Aquarius to be more open-minded to see what
astrology really is and to actually learn something before they judge it
because most people just judge astrology based on their perception it is wrong or
somebody it doesn’t even matter. So I hope that that happens. So I see that
maybe you know okay what is this about because it’s a sacred language that was
lost because of whatever reasons and it’s our connection to the universe it’s
explains we don’t know why it works but it works right so we still don’t know so I I hope
that maybe we’re going to learn why in the future with the serranus and pluto
maybe this is the whole new era that we starting our consciousness maybe we going to understand why this works in
more. I hope we will. This is not a fortunetelling, you know, stuff. There are psychic
medias who, you know, there’s bunch of other people, but astrology is a language. I I it’s a category of its
own, right? It’s a language. It’s our connection with the universe, with the with the skies. Um, it’s also our
connection with our ancestry, you know, with the people who were first humans on earth who actually understood
and did things. They, you know, planted carrots when the moon is like this. They did this for a reason. We completely
lost the touch of it. Even female cycles are attuned with the moon. We are made of water. If if if moon is is affecting
tides, why would it affect us? Why wouldn’t it? Like it doesn’t you I don’t I don’t have to know why, but it just
logically water h something, you know, it’s with the water. I hope people will
take it a little bit more seriously and learn to to explore more. there’s so
many ancient scripts that are still not you know translated um and I always feel that you know that
Alexandria library that was burned down I I think it was done for purpose so so
the lot of lots of things would be buried because that’s this knowledge is powerful and it gives power to the
people so that’s why that’s why I say Pluto Aquarius and Uranus and Gemini combination it might gives us that
that people are going to be more open to learn implement and for their own empowerment because
religions don’t give us power. They take power away from us all
religions. Thank you for that. That was beautiful the way the way you put it and and how
you see it in the future. So yes, tell us a little bit more. What are you up to now? I’m assuming you’re
you you keep studying but you’re also doing readings. Which type of readings? Where can we find you?
How can you help us? Yes. So the the news that I have recently uh I became a board member of
Astrology Niagara just recently. That’s a local astrology organization. It’s see
another another thing opened up for me. Uh so I’m excited. Uh they have me there as a social media like communication
manager. So I’m handling their um uh socials and uh we have uh live we’re
going to have we have webinars but we also have online webinars. We’re going to be going to have a a live um uh
inerson webinar. Um Nadia Shaw is coming to Niagara. I don’t know if you show.
Yeah. So she’s coming. She’s going to talk about yours in Gemini. So this is like a in November we have in person. So
that’s very exciting. It’s exciting to have local people and to see people in persons to have local community. So I
hope I’m going to be a part of growing a local community and and having other
astrologers. I really hope that we stick together and you know don’t judge
ourselves. Yo, you’re traditional, you’re modern, you’re doing this, you’re doing that, you’re doing both side, who cares? Everything works. We need to
appreciate ourselves more. Work together to help people because astrology for astrology that’s not the
purpose, you know, just for, you know, just to, oh, I learned this, I’m going to teach you, you know. So, that’s what
I’m doing. I’m also open I I do uh readings. I do natal readings, forecasting, solar returns. I started
doing astroctography recently and I love it. Um it’s it’s it’s beautiful. Um so
and electional uh something uh that I do as well. So that’s another thing. So you
can find everything on my website justicstrology.com. Follow me on YouTube and Instagram. That
those are my two socials that I uh yeah I have a Facebook as well. It’s just
just me astrology without brazik because Facebook doesn’t want me to. There’s a whole other story. I don’t want to go
into it. Uh because my my original account has a creation last name with a with a C with
a little thingy on top and somebody impersonated me without that little thingy. So now I had a
impostor on on Facebook and I can’t fight them because they say I’m not
because my last name has creation different doesn’t a different last letter. So Oh my. Okay.
I don’t even just it’s so Gemini. It’s so general like
spelling thing. It’s definitely Yeah. Anyway, so I’m just Jasmina Astrology on Facebook.
Everywhere else I’m just You’re very active on Instagram. So I mean on YouTube and Instagram. Anyway,
I’m going to leave your information or Jasmina below. Um I mean obviously I already had a I had to check her
assignment and I was I really like her style. Oh, thank you so much. the way she she
explained like you know what were my my best opportunities during during this
year basically 2025 and so it provide me with a lot of clarity as to like where to to invest my energy
and I I I hope I helped you start this back uh backstage because this is where
I see you really that I love it and I think it’s excellent thank you and it’s great and just
go forward yes thank you oh another another fun tip I just want to say this why I everybody asked me why
do I use my full name it’s so hard to pronounce blah blah blah and I started with Astromina to be honest and then I
changed it I just didn’t feel right so it said my gut when we go back to listen to her gut um
I I found out that there is an asteroid Brazic with my last name which is so unusual
and it’s right on my ascendant no and that’s why I said you know what this
is a sign I’m gonna use my full name I know it’s hard but people will Whoever needs to find me will find me.
Yeah. There was a there was a girl in NASA creation girl with my last name and she found this asteroid and it was named
after her. Isn’t that like that’s so don’t miss that?
You know this asteroids and fixars are really symbolic. I’ve heard I mean stories also that you know about oh this
I found that asteroid of my husband’s blah blah blah. These kind of stories you know I think we should pay attention
to those as well. If you if you pull that asteroid in your chart, you will see why we connect or not. I found that
I sometimes put it when I with my clients. I put that little thing so I see where it hits in my client’s chart
because it’s so specific and it can help me talk to them. Just because if you know if it’s in a square
with something, they’re going to see me like this or they’re going to see me like that. So I I don’t know. I’m just I think it’s fun.
That’s interesting. Anyway, so just Brovik or Brovich? No,
it’s Brovich is in Croatian. So creation is Yasmina Barros in English is Jasmina
Brozovik, which I’m fine with having two names. I’m a Gemini after all and it’s fine.
So So guys, I hope you um enjoyed this conversation with with Justmina. We wanted to bring we wanted to talk more
about the journey of somebody that started in in some in someone else’s eyes a little bit late because we can
always start. It doesn’t matter how old you are or how many kids you have. So I think justina is a good example of you
know like I had this uranian moment and I’m I’m going to become an astrologer and just put the effort and show up in
all the conferences and belong to different groups. So thank you Jasmina for sharing your your story your
challenges and your favorite branches of astrology. Is there anything you want to
tell us before you go some tip that is not an astro tip but like a life tip or something?
Actually I I want to tell you first of all thank you for having me. I feel blessed and I’m so happy that I met you and I know we’re going to meet uh uh uh
in person as well. Uh yeah, I feel really really happy. I just want to tell everybody who wants
to practice astrology professionally. Don’t don’t get discouraged.
Don’t give up. This is not something that you can learn fast and be a um
somebody that you want to be fast or think that you cannot do it. You can do it. Don’t get discouraged. This is a
liflong learning process. Every new chart is a new learning opportunity.
Never forget that. And there’s nine billion charts in the world plus countries, plus towns, plus events, plus
whatever you can pets. There’s so many charts. So, just just, you know, be
open. Follow your gut where it leads you, what you want to learn. Go deeper there. Uh take time, enjoy the journey.
such a sagittarian thing to say, but yes, enjoy the journey of astrology. Um,
and that’s yeah, that’s my word of two words of wisdom. Yeah, thank you J for for sharing that with
us. And guys, I’m going to leave her details below in case you want to check her out. So, Jazz, thank you so much.
And well, thank you for having me. Thank you for having me. I feel so blessed because
uh you had my teachers on and you have me and I feel so honored. Look, I’m just
Steve and Victor, which are my teachers. Thank you to to all of you who are here listening to to us and see you in the
next episode. Bye-bye everybody. [Music]
